A283 / Q195 cold rolled steel plate is low carbon mild steel. Q195 is Chinese standard grade, while A283 is ASTM carbon structural steel grade. This material features good weldability, easy forming and moderate strength, widely used for general structural parts, simple stamping and bending work.
