ASTM A202 grade is divided into: A, B, boiler vessel plate is mainly used for welding boilers and other pressure vessels. There are two grades of ASTM A202 boiler vessel steel: Grade A and Grade B. The thickness of ASTM A202 boiler vessel plates is limited to 2 inches.

A202 pressure vessel steel plate is a chromium-manganese-silicon alloy steel for medium and low temperature pressure vessels, conforming to ASTM A202 specification. It features high strength, good toughness and stable performance under medium temperature working conditions, suitable for boiler shells, storage tanks and pressure container equipment.
