Do you keep large steel inventory?

Yes. We maintain stock in large indoor warehouses with inventory value over USD 150 million. For standard stainless steel sheets, tubes and bars, we support fast shipment.

Can I get samples? Are samples free?

Samples are free for qualified small pieces. Buyers only need to bear the courier freight cost. Please send your required specifications for sample arrangement.

What is your lead time for steel orders?

Standard stocked items can be shipped within 3–7 days. Custom or non-standard size products take 10–30 days based on production schedule, most custom orders can be finished within 20 days.

Do you accept third-party inspection before shipment?

Yes, we fully support third-party inspection. SGS, BV and other authorized inspection agencies are welcome to inspect goods at our warehouse or factory.

How do you guarantee product quality?

Every batch comes with official factory test certificate (MTC). If third-party inspection results are inconsistent with our factory test report, we will re-deliver qualified goods and bear all relevant costs.

What packaging do you use for stainless steel products for sea shipment?
  1. We use seaworthy export packaging. Stainless steel sheets are packed with anti-rust paper & wooden pallets; tubes and bars are bundled with steel straps, to prevent rust and damage during long ocean transit.

Which ports do you ship goods from?
  1. We mainly deliver from major Chinese seaports including Shanghai, Qingdao, Tianjin and Ningbo. We can arrange container loading, bulk shipment and book shipping space as per your requirements.
